Southwest Florida has seen a wave of ultra-luxury home sales in 2021.

The frenzy has generated eye-popping sales, shattering all-time-high price records in Collier and Lee counties. 

In Collier, the highest price paid for a home has ballooned to $52 million. In Lee, it's risen to nearly $17.2 million.
